Ikea has come out with this wonderful idea for those who love Scandinavian bread and can’t easily buy it. It is a traditional dark sourdough rye bread, heavy and full of grains, in a box. All you have to do is add water shake it and bake it.
I love eating this bread with cream cheese and slices of smoked salmon with dill and lemon or with scrambled eggs topped with smoked salmon and chives.
To be very honest as soon as it comes out of the oven I just like it with butter. It melts in your mouth.

- Prawns with slices of boiled eggs and cucumber.
- Ham and Italian salad ( chopped cooked carrots, cooked baby peas with mayonnaise, lemon juice, chopped dill), season to taste.
