ONE BITE – BLINIS WITH SMOKED SALMON

16 ready-made cocktail blinis

1/2 cup crème fraiche

a small bunch of fresh chives

200g smoked salmon

fresh sprigs of chives to decorate

METHOD

1- Snip chives with scissors instead of chopping them. Stir finely cut chives into the crème fraiche.

2- To  serve, top blinis with 1/2  teaspoon of crème fraiche.

3- Top with a piece of smoked salmon.

4- Garnish with sprigs of chives.
